Policies and Information

Sessions

Our WildKat Club Program and Skill Club Program classes run on an 8 week session basis. We do this so that we can have a set of goals for your child’s level each session. We break these goals down into daily skills or movements that your child will be taught in each lesson. This allows us to give your child a positive, structured, learning experience where they become empowered through gymnastics.
Your child will be automatically enrolled into the next session unless a written notice via email, regular postal mail or is hand delivered to our front desk 7 business days before the end of the session. We have breaks between some sessions. During these session breaks there are no classes, but we do run camps during some of them.

Make-up Policy

Communication

JGYC will communicate with parents via email and on Facebook, so please check your emails and Facebook regularly for important information.

Arrival and Pick-up

Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before their scheduled class time. For your child's safety, please arrive on time. The warm-up is very important to your child's safety and required by our insurance. Therefore, students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to participate in class. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside our facility and you should escort them from our facility through the mall and to your car. We ask that you don’t have your child walk through the mall by themselves. We are not responsible for your child once they leave the JGYC facility. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
